This Privacy Policy explains how Tabrah Holding ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit this website or contact us through it. We are based in Qatar and process personal data in accordance with Qatar's Law No. 13 of 2016 Concerning Personal Data Privacy Protection.
Who we are
Tabrah Holding is a lifestyle holding company based in Qatar, with its office at Marina 50, Office No. 02 10th Floor, Zone 69 Building, Doha, Qatar, Street No. 315, Lusail, Qatar. This policy covers this website only; it does not cover the separate websites or in-person data practices of Velo, run-of-the-mill, Neighborhood, or Close Enough, each of which may have its own privacy practices.
What this website does
This website provides information about Tabrah Holding and its brands, and a way to contact us through the contact form on our Contact page. It does not offer any product or service for direct purchase, and no payment or account is required to use it.
Personal data we collect
We do not require an account, a password, or any payment information to use this website — there is nothing of that kind for us to collect. We collect personal data you provide directly when you use the contact form on this site: your full name, email address, company or organization (optional), the type and subject of your inquiry, and your message. If you email us directly, we collect whatever information you include in that email. We also process your IP address automatically, solely for the security purposes described in "Security" below.
How we use your data
We use the personal data you provide to respond to your inquiry, evaluate partnership or business opportunities, and maintain records of our correspondence. We use your IP address solely to limit how often the contact form can be submitted from the same address and to verify that a submission is not automated, as described in "Security" below. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.
Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, given when you voluntarily submit the contact form or email us, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure, spam-free website.
Third parties and service providers
We share your personal data with service providers who help us operate this website and respond to inquiries: our email delivery provider, for the sole purpose of transmitting your contact-form submission to our inbox by email; and Cloudflare, whose Turnstile service receives your IP address and a verification token to confirm that a contact-form submission is not automated. If we use a managed data store to enforce the submission limit described in "Security" below, it receives your IP address only, never the content of your message. These providers process data only as necessary to perform these services and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
International transfers
The service providers described above may operate servers outside Qatar. As a result, your personal data — principally your IP address, and your contact-form submission once it is transmitted by email — may be processed in other countries. We only work with providers that are contractually required to protect personal data to a standard consistent with Qatar's Law No. 13 of 2016.
Data retention
This website does not store the contents of your contact-form submission in a database — your message is sent directly to our email inbox and retained there as part of our ordinary business correspondence, until we no longer need it for the purposes described above, after which it is deleted. Your IP address is retained only for as long as necessary to enforce the submission limit described in "Security" below — no more than 10 minutes — after which it is automatically discarded.
Your rights
Under Qatar's Law No. 13 of 2016, you have the right to be informed about how your personal data is processed, to access the data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to object to or request the deletion of your data where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with the Compliance and Data Protection Department at Qatar's Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Full details of the cookies and local storage we do use are set out in our Cookie Notice.
Security
This website is served over HTTPS, so data you submit is encrypted in transit. Because no account or password is required to use this site, there are no user credentials that could be exposed in a breach. To protect the contact form from spam and automated abuse, we limit how many submissions can be made from the same IP address within a short window, and we use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that a submission is not automated; both measures rely on your IP address, which we discard shortly afterward as described in "Data retention" above.
Children's privacy
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
